So after my last post I had a few medial problems that took up my time and then finally I had to have haemorride surgery and I can tell you that hurts like a bitch. I have spent the last week in bed with painkillers. This week I feel a bit better so I am starting with my healthy eating plan finally. I can not exercise for another week or two so I will focus on the food for the next few weeks.
At 9am I had half a lemon squeezed ino a pint of warm water.

At 10am I had breakfast: scrambled eggs, 1 slice toast & 3 turkey rashers (373cals)
At 2pm I had a bowl of porridge with fullfat milk, raisins and sugar (452 cals)

At 5pm I had rice with chicken, peas, carrots in low fat herb philadelphia. This makes a great creamy sauce without the high calories. (541 cals)

I will also have a piece of chocolate with a cup of tea when my son is in bed and I can sit and enjoy it. This is my diary for today.
